Sign up today for: An All American Total Solar Eclipse

Look into the mysteries of eclipses and other celestial events in the universe with astronomer Kevin Manning.

According to NASA, "on Monday August 21, 2017 the moon will pass in front of the sun and cast a shadow upon all of North America, coast to coast, for the first time since 1918."
Get ready to appreciate this rare solar eclipse with an astronomical presentation at the Library.
Following an indoor presentation, weather permitting, we will go outdoors to view celestial objects in the night sky through a powerful hand-crafted telescope. We will be looking at the ice crystal rings of Saturn, craters on the Moon and more.

When:  Monday, April 24 at 7 PM

Where:  Moorestown Library, Meeting Rooms A & B & outdoors (weather permitting)

Reserve your spot today by registering online above or by calling the Reference Desk at 234-0333 ext. 4012.
