First Monday Films with Irv Slifkin: What's up, Doc?

Join film expert and author, Irv Slifkin, for this month's feature:  What's up, Doc?

Directed by Peter Bogdanovich.  With Barbara Streisand, Ryan O'Neal, Madeline Kahn, Kenneth Mars.  A zany salute to the frantic farces of the 1930s and 1940s, it takes such disparate elements as a milquetoast musicologist, a quartet of plaid suitcases, secret documents, a demanding fiance, igneous rocks, stolen jewels, the city of San Francisco, and a daffy dame and spins them into comedy gold.

U.S., 1972, Technicolor, 94 minutes

When:  Monday, December 7 at 7 p.m.

Where:  Moorestown Library, Meeting Room A

Free and no registration required!
